Hello, it was suggested that this board can be of help in identifying what I believe to be an Imperial Russian badge. It was made by A. Bertrand in Paris, it is stamped on the back and on the nut. I appreciate any and all help, and thank all of you in advance

It's seems to me the badge is a Russian organisation in France.
Please send more detail pictures.
Also please tell us some history about this badge, metal and size.

Some history of the badge. I was hoping the badge was one that had been sold from a grouping I purchased.

The badge was sold to a French antique dealer in the Pas de Calais area from the estate of a Polish. The antique dealer thought it was a rare Polish badge, as the officer himself was Polish of Russian origin. The antique dealer had been informed it dated from the WW1 era or just after.

The badge is fairly small nearly equal in width and length to a 1920 Polish Cross of Valour about 46mm.x 46mm, my camera is down. The badge is not silver, plain in the back stamped A.Bertrand.

The center is a Russian Cypher without any doubt.
